yea you're pretty much right about that. I do however play the st. > 11 from it at the bar frequently. The bartenders hate when I put on dead so I figure I'd give them a break by not playing the ds. I also have a mint copy of LIve/dead that my ex got me in amsterdam. Been meaning to play it on my dads record player.
Anyone want to enlighten me on the dates used for live/dead?

Dark Star and St Stephen are from 2/27/69
The Eleven and Lovelight are from 1/26/69
Death Don't Have No Mercy, Feedback and AWBYGN are from 3/2/69
It's very difficult for me to believe that you have never listened to the 2/27/69 Dark Star before. But then again, youve commented that you prefered the music from late '72 over that of Europe '72 but later admitted that you had never listed to the best shows from that tour...

Cliff, I can't seem to understand your problem with a young enthusiastic dead head. I mean, you didn't know everything about the dead right away, why expect that from me?
